March Issue
We explore an issue facing our beautiful wahine, kekeni, ta'ahine. Tattooing. We explore it through the lens of a Melanesian nation, Papua New Guinea. The coastal people have tattooed women for generations, passing stories down of their ancestors, but this activity was labeled taboo upon the arrival of missionaries. We also touch on things such as fashion and school tips.
